The room here was spacious and modern, offering great comfort with a cozy couch, a stove, and ensuring a wonderful night's sleep.

The room was brand-new and spotless, plus the bed was comfortable. And the bathroom was large. As for me, the location was favourable and excellent, adjacent to surrounding area and several stores, restaurants and high end apts and Tempe and Scottsdale. The staff were excellent and always had a smile.

The staff here were really nice and always ready to help out. Our room was pretty spacious and had everything we needed – a stove, a big TV, you name it. And let me tell you, sitting at the bar for breakfast was such a vibe! 🍳

It was clean and quiet at night which was good for a good night sleep

As a senior citizen, the price for the quality of the facility was excellent and for me it was convenient to family who live in the area. I made an error in my arrival date reservation-I talked with Misty after the 20 hour cancellation window and she was able to reserve me a room for my stay with a minimum penalty fee.

Upon arrival, there was a discrepancy for over $100 in the pricing for the room I booked on-line. Saying that, the staff the evening I arrived soon rectified the error when I presented the confirmation receipt. I would have appreciated an offer of help with luggage transport to and from my room upon arrival and departure (the elevator was not location friendly). On the morning of departure, February 24th, 2013, there was misunderstanding in timing of wake up call and taxi pick-up: wake up call should have been at 3:30 A.M. with pick up at 4 A.M.) I received 2 calls at 3:30 A.m saying my taxi was there-front desk person was rude.

The room was updated and brand-new with a large bathroom - we truly enjoyed it. the location was favorable. - the staff was very nice and accommodating during the whole stay. - Such main attraction as Hole in the Rock was 2 miles from this hotel.

It was a great value for the purpose of my trip. I assess value by price, location and, most importantly, cleanliness. I was there only for a few hours. The room was immaculate. The staff was firendly and helpful. I also had coffee in the room for the morning. It was great! I will stay there again.

The location here was awesome - you could easily walk to a market and a bunch of stores. the room was super clean and felt like it was just built. And the bed was really comfortable 😊.

Made reservations on Jan 8 for king bed, non smoking, suite with kitchenette. Non refundable. Arrived as promised on Feb 16- Quality Inn had no reservation for us. Fortunately, I had printout receipt from Booked.net. First, they were full, then tried to give us small room with 2 double beds, I just kept showing detailed Booked.net receipt. We got 2 queen suite with kitchenette for $66.50 a night. If I had not had receipt we would have been left with no hotel.
